Chickpeas salad with Harissa

Updated: Oct 23, 2020

My previous post shows making of Harissa which is a simple dip/paste. And this blog shows creating a very simple and healthy Chickpeas salad recipe using Harissa. This will be a sure hit with your guests and a quick one to make. Serve it as a side dish, in your meal/brunch or with drinks. Working professionals/moms can easily pack this in the lunch boxes for themselves and their kids.

Chickpeas have higher intake of dietary fiber, Vitamin A, E,C. And this salad recipe is combined with Olive oil and other veggies.

Now if you don't have Harissa, make use of alternate available spices like red chilli powder, cumin powder.

Sharing these recipes on my blog gives me more happiness because, I know, this would help so many who rely on frozen food options due to paucity of time.

In short, a great recipe for healthy food lovers, food lovers in general and amongst the working professionals who struggle to create variety due to their hectic schedules :). Watch the full video below.
