Apple salad with yoghurt

Heard of the phrase, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away" ?? It definitely keeps the doctor away especially when the apple is consumed in its season. And this is the season for apples in India. You find the Indian variety all around. So preferably buy the Indian apples in the season instead of choosing the Royal Gala apple variety. Presenting, one of my mom's recipe, Apple salad recipe with yoghurt/curd.

Again super simple, very tasty and a healthy eating option.

No fuss recipe. Instead of feeding on junk, you can feed yourself with this during your mid-meal snack or have it as a side dish in your main course.

Preparation time in total is not more than 5 mins. It is that simple. :) Watch the video and do give it a try. Totally worth it. Would love to know how you find my recipes.
